Has migrated into the world of contaminated land remediation with a smallish company in Glasgow, and is project manager for their intrusive investigation division.

Natasha Dixon
MSc in Contaminated Land and Groundwater, now with Bath and North East Somerset Council working as a Contaminated Land Officer.

James Etienne
After a PhD on Quaternary glacial deposits in Wales is now a Post Doc working in Zurich with Philip Allen on late Proterozoic glaciation

In the course of a PhD at Leicester, on palaeontology.

Tim Hollis
After an MSc in Computing in Earth Sciences, now working for an oil services company in the Data and Application Management Solutions department.

Laura Jones
Working for a road construction company in Crawley, and does use her geology occasionally. Laura was recently promoted into the position of ‘Development Scientist’. This basically involves development of new products to be used in the industry, at the moment she is mostly developing ‘hot pour joint sealants’ – “very exciting!!!”

After a Masters in Business Management and E-Commerce now working for the Environment Agency in the Groundwater department.

After a PhD on the late Ordovician glaciation in Libya, now at le Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg as a postdoctoral fellow, still working in North Africa.
